Bob Beveridge FCA, Non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director, joined the Board in August 2015 and is Chair of the Audit Committee. Bob has wide-ranging Non-executive Director and public company experience; he is currently Chairman of the Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, Audit Committee Chair of Finsbury Food Group plc and member of the Audit Committee of the Health Foundation. Previously he was Group Finance Director of McBride plc, Marlborough Stirling plc and Cable and Wireless Communications plc. In 2021, Bob became the Employee Representative to the Board.
