Inspiration Healthcare Group plc – AGM 25th June 2021

Due to the recent government announcement to delay the easing of the current Covid-19 restrictions, the Board have looked at the practicalities of having the AGM as an open meeting whilst adhering to Government guidelines on social distancing.  Due to the size of the offices where the meeting was to be held, along with maintaining suitable safe working environment for our staff, it is regrettable that we have taken the decision to hold the AGM as a closed meeting.

The Company will be looking to provide further opportunity for Shareholder engagement later in the year when restrictions allow.
